Q:  Can I transfer my dui classes from Bakersfield ca to fallon Neveda?

A:  The best thing to do is to call the DMV. To my knowledge, the California DMV will not accept a program taken out of state even though the Court often does. Nor will the California DMV accept an on-line DUI program in lieu of a qualified Drinker Driver Program. I do NOT know how far Fallon, Nevada is from the California border. If it is NOT far from the California Border, I suggest enrolling in the program nearest to the California Nevada border on the California side.
